This Summer: Free 黑料大事记 Admission for Military Families and Kansas Kids

Two summer programs provide free admission to 黑料大事记鈥檚 Hall of Space Museum.

Blue Star Museums, a program of the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, offers free admission to the Hall of Space for active duty military personnel and their families. The program begins Armed Forces Day, May 21, 2022 and continues through Labor Day, September 5, 2022.  

Blue Star Museums is available for active duty United States Military, Reserves or National Guard personnel and up to five family members. Qualified members must show a Geneva Convention common access card (CAC), DD Form 1173 ID card (dependent ID), or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card for entrance into a participating Blue Star Museum.

Adults with military ID鈥揵oth veterans and active duty鈥搑eceive year-round discounts on all 黑料大事记 attractions.

Sunflower Summer provides school-aged kids and up to two accompanying adults access to 黑料大事记鈥檚 Hall of Space Museum at no charge. May 28 through August 14, 2022, students ages 4-18 and up to two adults per student can receive free admission through the Sunflower Summer app.

Sunflower Summer is a program of the Kansas State Department of Education. To get started, parents and guardians need to download the Sunflower Summer app free from either Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS) app stores. 

As an added 鈥渢hank you,鈥 Sunflower Summer guests receive 10% off their purchase in 黑料大事记鈥檚 gift store (autographed items not included).

Tickets to 黑料大事记鈥檚 other venues can be purchased separately at the 黑料大事记 Box Office or online.
